If you donāt understand that comment I recommend watching all Star Trek from the late 80s to the mid 2000s
Sorry, clearly Iām not up to speed with Peak Geekery
Tbf I have better things to do thanks
After watching Marina Sirtis in Picard this evening watching her in The Bezonians was a pleasant surprise.
How can it still be 6 days until next Thursday.
Ffs
I looked up Bezonians out of curiosity, donāt think Iāll be watching it but it did bring to my attention that Vinnie Jones is still acting, and has been consistently acting for the last 25 years since āLock Stockā in 1998. As Spock would say, āfascinatingā.
Mildly amusing north London Greek comedy - diverting & Vinnie Jones doesnāt really figure in the majority of it.
Having lived in Green Lanes in the past itās almost like a documentary about Greek & Turkish Cypriots.
Worth a watch
Yeah.
But how was Picard?
Probably very old.
No messing. For me, Picard S3 has been the best Trek since the TNG series went off the air.
It was a shame to see Shaw go but he didnt have much to do once the old crew were reunited.
There is still a lot of stupid shit going on, such as the entire fleet getting networked and in one place.
I also really didnt like the line "Starfleet is now Borgā. Felt like it was included for idiotās
Deep Space Nine?
Voyager?
DS9 was arguably better but suffers from a much more ambtious show being about which it kinda copied
Voyager was never as good as either although it did have its moments.
I have a very soft spot for Enterprise. It haa the best Mirror universe episodes i reckon.
Next post will comtain spoliers so fvck off if you havent seen this weeks episode
Seriously bugger off
Genuine question- Why spoil it for others then?
Some amazing stories coming out in Trekland today.
That final set was a complete rebuild, not the one where i actually sat in Jean Lucās chair back when D crash landed in Hyde Park.
The research work was insane & started 2 years ago, right down to the Carpet!
This thread describes some of it
They also gave an uber fan credits for his work in helping the research & canon compliance
But. My first questions.
Agnes? S2?
And wait, isnāt that Alice Krieg?
Even the voice of the computer
It has been out a day. It canāt be spoiled
My thoughts exactly
Episode 9 in the UK I assume?
