Why are we so reluctant to pass wide to Vokins? Stephens keeps playing Bednarek into trouble and then Diallo shot from way out.

That goal was a comedy of errors starting from Valeryās clearance (if you can call it that), Vokins not getting goal side of his man and then McCarthy rushing out.
With 3/4 of our back four out we probably shouldnāt be surprised.
Just a quick mention for Martin Keown on BT commentary. The guy can barely speak let alone pronounce players names correctly. The guy is stealing a living at the moment.

Most of our good attacking has come from the fullbacks pulling out wide to open up the central pass forward. Arsenal are covering that too well.

With hindsight maybe, but he had to make the decision in real time. Apart from the ongoing injuries, for us to lose both fullbacks, KWP at short notice,expecting two kids to slot straight in is probably a step too far.
