To the sword? Surely we just need to out gun them?
Poll added to the OP…
Is that shoot them with swords?
I sent my mate in the engineers to sabotage the guns we will be ok
Changes mind on OP Poll Vote quickly
So Vokins & Valery then
I thought that Vokins played ok the other day. Valery at full back however does give me a desire to wear my brown trousers. Still, it is all about squads nowadays so we are about to find out how good our defence is without three regular starters!
I may be changing my prediction.
Lawro has cursed us again the bastard.
Southampton v Arsenal (20:15 GMT)
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta picked a strange team as his side’s defence of the FA Cup ended at St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday, when the Gunners had been on a good run.
It is no longer a surprise to see Southampton playing well and, although Arsenal will pick a stronger side and make more of a game of it, I still see Saints winning.
Lawro’s prediction: 2-1
Alex’s prediction: Southampton have been a real surprise package this season and I can see them turning their recent run of disappointing league results around. 2-1
We’re doomed
Aubamayang out for this game
And Tierney apparently
The officiating crew for tonight
Referee: Kevin Friend
Assistants: Simon Beck, Eddie Smart
Fourth official: Keith Stroud
VAR: Robert Jones
Assistant VAR: Stephen Child
Despite both of these snippets of good tidings, I am retaining my prediction of a defeat. Mainly because that’s what I predicted on Saturday, and that worked out ok
If the bookie in my village were open I would be putting £20 on an Arsenal victory and hoping to lose money.
Good grief.
