Can anyone explain their musical taste? I donāt think so, reallly. You like something or you donāt, some things you absolutely love, some you just arenāt bothered with, others you dislike, and a few you hate with such a passion that they make you want to leave the room (or break the equipment thatās playing them). All of thatās assuming that you care about music, which you clearly do. Iād say the majority of people arenāt really too fussed about music; they donāt object to it, but they have no real interest in it.
Anyway, I can think of singers/musicians/artists/whatever who fit into any of the categories Iāve mentioned above where Iām concerned, but I really couldnāt explain why this is. I love Johnny Cash though. I just do.
