It’s against the law to pay chicks less than blokes for the same work ( I wonder if Muslim countries have such a law). If you have evidence that there is discrimination I suggest you alert the authorities , rather than post pony about it on here.
It is against the law to do many things, but they still happen. You dont have to believe me or the others who have posted here, just look at the official figures. Be it discrimination or not, women often get paid less for doing the same.

A male software will earn 4% more than his female equivilant on average.
A project manager in construction will earn 4% more than his female equivalent on average.
A computer systems administrator will earn 3% more than his female equivalent on average.
A registered nurse will earn 2% more than his female equivalent on average.
An elementary school teacher will earn 1% more than his female equivalent on average.
An HR administrator will earn 1% more than his female equivalent on average.
To give you a better idea, the male software developer median has an annual salary of $65,700. The femal figure is $63,300.
