Just a starting point will do. I’m not asking for the comprehensive solution, yet.
Tell us all how you have contributed to making your fellow man/woman feel welcome in this country, against the constant resentment they face every day, from the idiots that blame them for the mess made by successive governments?
You have considered integration into this insular country from their perspective i hope and also contemplated if a lot of the problems might be closer to home and how we as a nation solve that?

People have to move to areas where there has been no immigration.
A culture that advocates women in the home, women not going out, and that gays are the devil needs to be openly challenged.
From thier persepctive they have moved to a safe open and transparent Country, they came here for a reason and that was the reason, they have to honour that not change it or fail to repsect it,all are equal and of the same value.
