Sexual assaults in Germany

This is Camerons wish list from Brussels, what do you disagree with?

1Prevent Eurozone states from “ganging up” on Britain in access to the single market as they seek to integrate further

2Excusing Britain from the principle of ever closer union

3Giving more power to national parliaments to ‘red card’ EU plans

4Denying EU migrants access to in-work benefits for four years

5Ending child benefit payments to migrants’ children overseas

6No free movement for new EU states until their economies develop

7Cut red tape, complete the single market in services and sign major trade deals with the US and Asia

8Full on’ treaty change is essential

9The process is followed by an in-out referendum by the end of 2017

Losing my shit would imply I’m bothered. I’m really not.

You just haven’t written anything that justifies the “Europe is fucked” case, or backs up any of your arguments with anything solid.

If nothing else, I really appreciated seeing a grown man cry “deny deny deny” whilst denying a lot of shit.

Ha ha nice try Pap, you care but have no answer bar a bar graph, I can’t bar graph current euroscepticism but I would say its pretty high in all Nations in Europe not just the UK, by that I mean people could still want an EU but a much weaker EU with little power on internal affairs and things that are important to the Nation, seems fair to me?

You?

Should’ve used a more credible source, like a pie-chart

Spacing, for a fucking start.

6% of bros want out the EU RIP :lou_sad: Wonder what that would look like as a bar graph

Is that Moss Bros as it concerns the current state of the EU?

Just think of the cravat sales, and I wouldn’t be able to rent lederhosen…

I simply going with what opinion polss say, what the media says and what the people are saying, you are going on a bar graph which says little at all. KRG I’m not going to trawl through 100’s of pages of crap to find your crap on the supposed virtues of the EU. You are pro EU and the pro EU argument is weakening by the day, get on with it and over it, they are facts of popular opinion not a bar graph you div.

you mean, the bar graph showing various people’s opinion doesn’t show opinion?

and I’m the div?

For the record, yes I am pro-EU. Never said otherwise. I’ve also never said it is close to perfect and not in need of reform.

The idea that I’m trying to stop a democratic vote, or have tried to claim that everyone is pro-EU is just daft fallacy. But y’know

I wrote something last night and then didn’t post. So I pretty much said that we needed to wait to hear a little more about what happened. I have read it was more like 30 men from a large group of them. But also reading some of the incidents. These happen most nights of the week on a drunk evening in UK City centres. Is the UK finished? It may not have been on as large scale as the NYE in Germany. It shouldn’t be happening anywhere but it still is happening.

Anyway I probably had too many free cocktails to be coherent.

Although there were reports that the perpetractors were of North African and Arab origin the mayor is urging people not to jump to conclusions about the assailants as the blame seems to be heading the way of the migrants/refugees. Eight people who were arrested we said to be refugees but there has been no official confirmation that is the case. Nasty business and sadly plays straight into the hands of all those who want to stop refugees coming to Europe.

Do they really? 30 lads outside train stations waiting for women to get off and grope them through a wall of people?

No, no I don’t think so.

It sort of plays into them as it proves some of their fears were and are correct doesn’t it?

I can’t wait for the apologists to come up with some belting excuses for choreographed assault.

Barry, have you considered that in their culture, 1000 men groping women is actually a way of expressing affection? I think it is a beautiful expression of emotion that in our culture e shy away from. We could learn something from these men.

Yes that distinctly crossed my mind and went out the other ear, where were their partners, wifes and children?

If a 1000 is believed to be true they surely must have somebody with them, drinking as well? Shocking.

The German reaction has been strong and a British lady I believe was there so it will interesting to say the least in what comes out of this, maybe Merkel will listen now the borders are closing around her and her citizens are very angry at her decisions on their behalf.

I wasn’t saying it happens in large groups. But if you want some evidence that British men can also be utter shits too. Then on a train in the UK I had 5 guys surround me and tried to grope and kiss me before they got bored and snorted more coke in the loos. They were all white British city boys. Or there was that time I stupidly wore a long skirt on a night out in Southampton. A few lads thought it funny and one pulled up my skirt and they all laughed. Or that time… you know what I won’t list them all.

It happens the world over, all ethnicities, all countries. I’ve travelled a bit I’ve had sexual comments the world over and in the UK. Sexual assault happens. Let’s look at stopping it rather than going off topic.

It doesn’t suit Barry’s mock shock right wing anti-migrant agenda though, just as he deliberately went off topic about the form of graphical representation of some numbers he asked for when his ever closer union boil was lanced.

Given the agenda, I can’t help wondering what Bazzington’s ultimate win is. Does he dream of a day when all are in accord, and Sotonians is an echo chamber of “yep, them migrants is proper cuntz, Lord Baz”? Perhaps he fantasises about the end of the EU and being a part of a round-up squad (“cosh first, ask questions if he’s conscious and the cunt speaks English”). Maybe he’s just seen Romper Stomper too many times. I don’t know.

What I do know is that Barry Sanchez is one of the strangest political animals I’ve ever seen to self-proclaim as a leftie, and demonstrates limited understanding when bunging political labels about. My working theory is that Barry said something similarly right-wing once, someone _sarcastically _said he was really left-wing. Bouyant, he joined the Labour Party at a time when no-one would have been too bothered; he’d probably have been earmarked for selection in a safe Labour seat :lou_sunglasses:

Oh Pap, you must have been the editor of the Mail previously with that slanderous shite, you can be a patriot and a socialist, you can love ones Country and also its citizens,.

You are getting mixed up immigration and asylum so I’d look into that if I were you as they are seperate things and each bring negatves and positives.

No echo chamber needed nor required as voices of free will are shouting a common theme, you’re too late and out of touch mate.

Can I quote you on that, Bazza? :lou_wink_2:
