They phone up yesterday, saying “hallo, we’ll have to send your ticket out because you can’t collect them from Liverpool”.
They phone up today, saying “hallo, we didn’t send your ticket out, so you’ll have to pick it up at the ground”, something which was impossible just yesterday.
