:saints: v :wolvesfc:

Will Southampton’s recent run of good results continue or will Wolves get their season on track?

  • :wolvesfc: on a bad run of form, we all know what happens when teams on a bad run of form play :saints:, expect a :wolvesfc: win
  • :saints: doing better than expected, although a win would be nice, and this will be the time when they win, :saints: to win
  • the draw specialists, :saints:, will make this the 5th draw on the spin
  • no guest comment this week, save @Treebeard’s reminiscing about a 9-3 scoreline to :saints:, shall we use that one? Go on then, :saints: 9-3 :wolvesfc:

Bollocks - it’s Mrs C_S’ birthday and we’ll be at the newly re-opened Vic in Oxshott - run by a chef who worked for Heston Blumenthal. The menu is the typical poncy reimagining of proper food and costs a fuckton of cash.

Damn! Make love to the cash while you still have it :joy:

iirc, Blumenthal personally revamped the menu for the Little Chef group of eateries.

Take her there instead. :+1::+1::+1:

To be fair, Mrs C_S is the brains of the outfit. I’m the eye candy. She’ll see through it straight away…

I was thinking that as this is a Sunday game I might be able to make it, unfortunately it is Mrs BTripz’s birthday so I can’t…I feel @Cobham-Saint’s pain although we are going to a local pub for a carvery rather than some fancy Corden Bleu rubbish…

Lucky you :roll_eyes::slightly_frowning_face:

Sounds like an exclamation after watching a painfully unfunny James Corden “comedy”.

“Seen that new confused.com advert mate?
Corden Bleu!!”
