A rebuild and a re-coaching. Reset Ralph’s automatisms.
We need to replace the midgets with 6ft plus players except Sulemanna if we can keep him and we need to keep some pace.

When a manager gets fired it’s usually because you want a new person AND a new playing style / new approach. By appointing Ruben we have gone full circle in a short time and now have exactly the same timid, conservative approach we had in the latter part of Ralph’s reign. It makes no sense. It’s not Ruben’s fault but we may as well as have kept Ralph and given him £40m of January signings, if we planned to keep the same approach.
