Just before that we managed to carve out a decent chance (created by Lavia who is undoubtedly now our best player… all 19 years of him) but sulemana’s cross-shot was poo as a shot and poorly advised as a cross because we don’t have a centre forward on the pitch, let alone inside the box.
We really should have been 2 up before letting Haaland walk through to score.

Damage limitation time.
Best of all it all came from our free kick at the back. Instead of pushing up and getting the centre backs up there for a good hoof and maybe cause City some problems, we play it short and end up hacking it aimlessly up the pitch to nobody and they turn it over and we are 2-0 down.
