Clear foul. Ref bottled it to avoid having to decide if it was red for DOGSO.
But how the fuck could VAR not give it? Seems we’re into VAR not interfering.

Good comeback on Saturday. IMHO Lavia makes a real difference to the 4222 formation. Romeu and JWP, solid as they are, play simple sideways passes 90% of the time for wing backs / wide two. When they are pressed the wide two have to drop quite a lot deeper to see any ball and this leaves the front two stranded and they drop deeper as well. Lavia seems to be a proper ball playing midfielder with a much wider range of passing. Mixed with Aribo playing 10 - 15 yards further up the pitch than other wide right players, then we pose more of a threat and don’t have to rely as much of a hard press from the front. More advanced play also suits AA’s game as a wide left player. OK so it was only 20 minutes but i wouldn’t be surprised if the 11 that ended the game, with Perraud for Moussa, would be our most successful line up this season.
According to Dermot Gallagher on SSN Ref Watch, Llorente got the ball and Stu stood on it, hence why he went over.
If that wasn’t mind boggling enough, the fucking idiots Sue Smith and Stephen Warnock agreed with him without a murmer.
We are fucked.
Thought this was worth a bump as it’s close to what Ralph did on Saturday.
And we seem to have at least one functioning striker now in Adams and Mara looks promising. But will we get another in without Che leaving?
PS. Revisiting this thread realized that I forgot to gloat about being the only correct score prediction against Leeds. Better late than never.
And the width of the post from being right again. I am getting so good at this.
Technically it was half the width of the post!!
