Whatever but we’re in shit street with Puel in charge, his tactics aren’t working in the premiership, they’re continental tactics with a slow, pressured build up, the English game has never been about that and other bells in the club should have pointed this out to the “boring one”.

I said it at the time and I’ll repeat it now: if you can’t support through the bad, you sure as hell don’t fucking deserve the good.
Frankly if you’re giving up at that point I can’t see how you can barrack the players for doing the same. I think it was the only credit due to the team that they continued to plug away, scoring the goal and coming desperately close to a second.
I’m royally pissed off - frankly all of us bloody should be. And there’ll always be a smattering of exceptional cases; people that have perfectly valid reasons to depart swiftly. But not thousands.
If there’s quarter of an hour still to play - quarter of an hour to save your team’s European campaign - and your initial reaction is to get a jump on the traffic?
Maybe stay at home next time and miss all of the fucking traffic.

Thats our support all over though, its mediocre and quiet, it always has been in thi stadium, add to it many day trippers go to the Europeans and eh volia a perfect recipe for mass departures, the Allegro 7 here and the car wash Sunday 8 there, maybe the cords 3 too.

Don’t be silly Barry, Puel is an experienced manager who got Lyon (I think) to the Champions League semi-final. He is an Arsene Wenger acolyte so not ‘all about’ boring football. And Jose Mourinho is hardly known for his thrilling football, but he did alright in the PL.
Out of interest though, who do you think we should get as manager?

Completely agree. The most embarrassing thing about last night (and let’s face it there was quite a lot to be embarrassed about) was the number of people leaving early and the AWFUL atmosphere.
Oh FUCK, I’m sorry everyone, but I had a shave on the day of a game. This was a big no no, during the seasons 1997/98, 1998/99 and 1999/2000 season. I had forgotten all about this tradition. Whenever I shaved Saints did not win…

Can’t let you take the bullet all on your own Sim, I didn’t wear my Darth Vader socks on Thursday, had them on for the Sparta and Inter home games, went for thermals for Beer Shaver and look what happens 
Must be difficult for Puel to factor these variables into matchday performances.
