:pl: :saints: Saints v Everton :evertonfc:

Joke defending, as the man said, abysmal.

Sack him, like as he enters the dressing room

First half absofuckingloutely a pile of shite.

Second half only better because Everton sat back to try to defend a one goal lead.

Poor

They didn’t even look like they knew that they were all on the same team! Ralph CANNOT get any more blood from the Southampton stone. Time to go, Ralph

Ahem, you were saying

Well I suppose the second 45 were an improvement on the first, but that wasn’t difficult. Should have got something in the last 15 minutes, sitters missed. We can create all the chances in the world but we’ll never win anything with non goal scoring strikers. Which is what ours are.

Someone on a thread suggested Ralph would get to the end of the year and retire!

I’m a fairly positive person by trade, Ralph could not get a winning performance from a porn star atm. I said we should have changed over the International break but NOOOOO! Proof in the pudding now

Larios & Edoise great talents but too lightweight atm

@PhilippineSaint Easy bet today would be no wins from us till Ralph sacked! Easy money

Worth a try. You wanted the Villa team?

The gamble did not pay off. It was bold and I have the feeling that was his last throw of the dice. I think it would be a good time to make a change, as I feel we have gone backwards in the last 3 games.

It’s a shame the Poch is well out of our reach, but with what we are ‘trying’ to achieve in the way we want to play, our young team and the way Poch likes to encourage academy players, I think he would be a great fit, but cannot see us pulling that one off.

Make the change now, but do not replace until after City away. City away can be a free shot, nothing to lose, and then bring in the new manager on the Sunday or Monday.

I am very sad that the manager we have had for nearly 4 years cannot move us forward and the last year we have stalled massively. But if the rumours are true about his retirement how much motivation does he now have?

No reason why not. By his own admission, he could easily coach Barcelona. :+1::+1::smile:

Poor stuff from RH. Since Everton signed Cosdy they’ve played 3-4-3 and they’re quick to get 10 - 11 behind the ball. Obviously really. We are far too pedestrian, no speed to feed the attack, we’re always going to have wide 2 pushed back against a 4 in midfield. Cuts off the front two. Feel for Adams and Mars today as they had nowt. RH 4-2-3-1 played in previous games would have worked better. Genuinely think his time is up. He’s not improved much since arriving here and we need fresh ideas to get the best from these lads.

Is anyone running a book on when he will go? If so, put me down for a fiver on within 3 weeks.
