Just saw our leveller got chalked off :frowning:

By a toe nail

Oh, well. It’s not as if even a win tonight had any likelihood of averting our inevitable relegation. Just a shame we’ve gone with such a whimper.

Pisses me off that even a draw, though it wouldn’t have done us any good, would at least have dragged the bucket rattlers down with us. And we couldn’t even manage that.

They will be paying us to attend so we have the semblance of a crowd

And paying your travel.

Sums it up for me since November.

Poor at home again. The last 3 managers haven’t hanessed home advantage for the last 18 months. None of them are any good. Wholesale change needed. But i think its gonna take a long time.

Everyone else can see it, just not those making decisions.

There is a saying in poker, if you can’t figure out who the chump is at the table then its probably you. Sums us up quite well at the moment I think.

Q: Will Southampton FC be relegated this season?

A: ā€œIt is possible that Southampton FC could be relegated this season. They are currently in 20th place in the Premier League table, and they are four points behind the 17th-placed team with eight games remaining. Southampton have been inconsistent this season, and they have struggled to score goals. They have also had a number of injuries to key players. If Southampton do not start winning games soon, they could find themselves in the Championship next season.

Here are some factors that could affect Southampton’s chances of relegation:

  • Their remaining fixtures: Southampton have a difficult run of fixtures coming up, including games against Manchester City, Liverpool, and Arsenal. If they do not pick up points in these games, it will be very difficult for them to stay up.
  • Their injury situation: Southampton have been hit by a number of injuries this season, and they have not been able to field their strongest team consistently. If they do not get their injured players back soon, it will be difficult for them to compete.
  • Their form: Southampton have been inconsistent this season, and they have gone on a number of losing streaks. If they do not find some consistency, they will be in trouble.

Overall, it is too early to say for sure whether or not Southampton will be relegated this season. However, they are in a difficult position, and they will need to start winning games soon if they want to stay up.ā€

Oh he’s training well. That explains it. Shame match day performances mean fuck all.

Training well ??? WTF???

Does he mean he is most improved player of the week? Because if so, surely he realises he is starting from a low base.

Or is it because he is a trier. Nailed on for the clubman trophy that you give to the shittest kid in the team for turning up

Not as if we had 2 seasons of seeing his actual output on a fotoball pitch.
