My favourite German is a waitress I ruined in 1992.

I’m reading something into Pellegrini drifting back out to 9/2 tho. I’ve got Our Holiday Money in one hand, and a Skybet account in the other. Dare I risk it? It would be unpleasant interview with bird srs if I lose it all, she would be like wtf! And I would be like, but I believed in Jack! He said he had Magic Beans!

Did it involve a German gerbil?

Now when they go to odds on I take a bit of notice. They way I see it is we have interview, the odds come in and then we interview someone else and the odds come in. But then people can find out and individuals plough loads of money on! Once it goes 1/10 on you are pretty certain!

Also the klinsmann situation is nowhere in the press, which makes me think it is going to be him. This came from nowhere like our last 2 appointments.

Been reading more about Klinsmanns style and how he sets up his sides and came across this. I just hope to god that this man is let no where near our club.

Yeah, not sure why people have started talking about Klinsmann.

Reckon Klinsmann must have done that Journo’s missus up the arse… Everyone knows the tactical nous was Low when he was in charge of Germanybut he had a great galvanising effect at a time when German football was lost and in the shit. He was a figurehead for the change in their game and arguably meant that there was a reengagement of interest and support for the side …

Decent it guy but not no club side experience and seriously about as likely as The Vengaboy… Unless Les has indeed lost his marbles. Suspect a bit of a gamble by those expecting his tenure with Team USA to be ended posh Copa

Isn’t Kinsman contracted to the USA national team until 2018 or am I missing something.

If we will not take FdB because he has only done it at Ajax why would we consider Klinsman?

somebody give that f’ing black box a kick.

I take it back, we must not sign Klinnsman because I refuse to be that guy who can’t spell our manager’s name.

Laughing all the way to the bank.

Do we still trust Les? Or are we allowed to wet beds yet?

I thought you slept on a waterbed all the time, GA?

I think Klinsmann would be a bad choice, but not for the reasons discussed in that article. I am more bothered by the way he cut America’s best player (Landon Donavan) out of the squad for the run up to and the 2014 world cup just because he took a couple months off after having played football without a break for nearly two years. He seems to have done something similar with Tim Howard–although his play had fallen off so maybe the other more obvious reasons were more significant with respect to Howard.

As for the article, it recognizes that a national coach is limited by the players available but dismisses that as irrelevant to its criticisms of Klinsman. Yet recruitment seems to be one of his few strong areas. Klinnsman has done a good job of convincing German Americans to be American Americans for football purposes.

I am done writing this. The Portugal Hunary game is on in the background (dvred not live) and things seem to be going crazy.
