:labour: 🌅 Red Dawn - Life Under Labour

The Politico poll of polls has Lab and con equal pegging on 26% - Reform are up to 21%

Reform could be about to pull off something remarkable

Rupert as Chancellor of the Exchequer…

He would organise a reverse takeover of the UK with a care home group

Actually…

Are you tory in disguise?

You could ask that question of the whole front bench mate.

In every country with a so called democracy

Amongst many here the saddest is the fake University set up by ex ruling party PiS who gave out MBA’s like worthless pieces of toilet paper to the friends families and front benches yet took real money from struggling Polish Students who actually took the courses for the now worthless certificates .

Pure theft of money

IN amongst the main news so many stories of funding fraud, theft, release of data for personal gain. all corrupt

So yeah - I have been very “anti’MBA” and this is one of the main reasons - it’s been a huge con

Possibly the worst decision taken by Starmer so far (and there have been some corkers) has predictable results.

What the hell was he thinking, appointing the appalling Mandelson to that job, or for that matter any job?? And what did he expect to happen having done so? :person_facepalming:

Remember Mandelson is the main reason Starmer is now Labour leader, Starmer owes everything to him. Mandelson led the charge stitching Corbyn up with the ridiculous anti-semitism accusations. During the 2017 and 2019 election campaigns he openly boasted that he spent every day thinking of ways to undermine the Labour Party leader. He is a rat. Mandelson was forced to resign twice from Cabinet positions for dishonesty and which for any normal member of the public would be criminal behaviour. He was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein, he was known to Epstein as ‘Petey’. He had use of Epstein’s house in Manhattan while Epstein was serving prison time for noncing, so any argument that he didn’t know about Epstein’s behaviour is nonsense. He was a regular guest on the ‘Epstein express’ on trips to the private Island where all sorts of underage shenanigans went on. Trump has promised to release the Epstein guest list, that could be interesting.
Mandelson also has very questionable links to various extremely dodgy Russian oligarchs.
The idea that someone like Mandelson, with his past history, is considered suitable by a Prime Minister for a position like Ambassador speaks volumes about Starmer’s judgement, not to mention his personal morality. It’s difficult to imagine how much lower Starmer can go.

What an absolute lady’s front bottom Starmer is.

Labour have an unique view of how to bring The USA onside - appoint a foreign secretary and an ambassador who have both slagged off the incoming president

Wouldn’t be surprised if Trump refused to meet mandlefool

I thoughtvappointing the producer of The Apprentice TV show. That showed class.
UK Politicians reality TV wannabes.

Will know how to deal with imbeciles.

Asking Regulators for ideas to boost growth.

The FCA say they already have some. Yeah, more regulations, that will help. WTF

Maybe he is asking them to remove regulations ?

Regulators reduce reasons for their existence? Hmmm

Gilts are now at the highest rate since 98 - even higher than when Truss fucked it with her budget

Pretty much knackers what headroom Reeves had.

Good time to cash in then

Cash in what? - she will have to raise taxes or cut public spending otherwise she will break her own fiscal rules. - There not going to be a lot left to cash in with

Reckon we are in for a really bumpy economic ride - we already seeing UK recruitment slow up - a lot of companies are reluctant to hire until they have worked out how to deal with the incoming additional cost burden in April. Plus the inflationary impact of those changes haven’t entered the equation yet.

Labour are pushing more devolution for the South and Southampton have just voted to support the Hampshire move to become devolved - which will probably lead to an elected mayor

Good move or another wasteful layer of bureaucracy?

Another trough for them to get their snouts into
