Well I am about 102kg weighing in at 16 stone this morning and looking to get to 83kg or 13 stone. This will be very tough as I am off to New York on 14th February and I make cheesecakes dailyā€¦ No more bowl licking!!!

Today I have had

2 cups of tea

2 cup of coffee

a big soup

tonight I will have 2 slices of toast with beans on. That will be me done and nothing will change from this apart from tea and coffee intake and what I put on my toast. This will be beans, then scrambled egg, then spaghetti and then drained tuna. The soup will be a daily fix fixture for lunch.

When I get back on the bike I will need more fuel, but this will not be until March time. Also when the gym reopens I will need more fuel.

Even without doing a lot of exercise, this doesnā€™t sound wise to me. Calories are only part of the story - you need to be balancing out your food groups. Iā€™d put money on this sort of diet leaving you feeling lethargic and pretty rotten inside.

Also I think I saw that youā€™re aiming for just 1,200 calories per day? If thatā€™s the case, you may want to avoid baked beans as a can of those will be nearly half of your intake. Plus theyā€™re loaded with sugar.

OK - Iā€™ll play.

Starting weight - 84.5 kg - starting BMI 27.4 (fat bastard, but not stupid fat)

Target weight - 70.5 kg (yeah right!!) - target BMI 22.9 (my fighting weight 30 years ago)

Strategy - At least one hours BRISK walk per day (todayā€™s walk 64 minutes, 3.84 miles).

Try to restrict myself to 1700-1800 calories a day, but must include a pint of home-made or glass of red. Main meal at lunchtime rather than evening.

I would also say 1200 calories is too low.

First of all I need to shrug off injury so it might take a week or two to get going properly but I want to hit 90kg by the end of January.

Yep 1200 is too low - wont have enogh energy to exercise.

saturday i was at my sistar house and i had to go out to shop to get some stuff + i took my little niece with me + she insisted we walk but I got my own back by keep looking anxiously over my shoulder + saying ā€œI thought I heard somethingā€ to freak her out cos sheā€™s having night terrors bout zombies + we mustā€™ve seen prob 7 different bros out jogging even tho itā€™s only like 5 mins walk.

Fkin new years, I thought to myself. Cunts.

Current weight 94.8 kilos Target weight 82 kilos

Method: Slimmers Club diet plus a bit of the 5/2 diet.

Exercise: More walking and will get the bike out when the weather improves. Possibly swimming too if I can find a pool not full of other lumps.

Nutritional changes; Less wine (eek). I dont eat a lot of crap so will have to cut out the weekly curry and eat smaller portions.

Yesterday I had 1 bottle of red wine - 1 glass to the Mrs., then quarter bottle of whiskey with some cheese and left over biscuits from Christmas. After than we had some healthy dinner which was obviously shit and as I was a bit pissed I made some rice with chicken tikka bits from the supermarket.

Exercise = 1 boning after above Sunday feast plus 1 walk to work this morning (3.4KM), I will also walk home tonight and went on a bit of a dog walk so prob 10KM in total. Getting up this morning was also PAIN so no drinking at all tonight. Itā€™s my contribution to the dryathalon. Youā€™re welcome!

Good point bear. My fitness tip of the week is drink alcohol before boning. This can double or even triple your stamina. Itā€™s like sexsteriods.

they should market viagra as a diet pill! I wouldnā€™t tell birds it was viagra tho, they would just think it was normal diet pill, but they would be walking round all day with lady boners, unable to think of anything but boning, keep grabbing hold + sport fucking random strangers (i.e. bears), and their fat mouths would be so constantly stuffed with boners they wouldnā€™t have room for i.e all the pork pies + malteasers etc, and they would all find somehow theyā€™re losing weight on the blue pill, so they would keep taking it, and the world would be bettar place RIP
