What program do you use to edit the files ?

I suspect you need a macro lens mind…

I use Photoshop which uses the “Camera Raw” editor. I only use the full Adobe Photoshop because that was what I was trained on over 20 years ago. Most photographers use Adobe Lightroom which will give you the same results at a much cheaper price.

You can rent Photoshop and Lightroom from the Adobe website for a tenner a month which is how I do it.

Any sightings of adders this year? I know they were fairly prevalent on the common.

Yep, they’re always there but they are shy creatures. If you see them they’re either basking in the morning sun to warm up or moving away into undergrowth. They’re not attack creatures.

This black one was the first I’d sighted this year in March which is early.

This was a nice male one in May a couple of years ago.

Fascinating and mesmerising yes. I’m not sure about lovely.

I thought I detected a whiff of sarcasm from Tigger there.

Yes, i see that now. I can only suggest that i must have come over all American for a few moments.
