:pl: Other games week 9

Meh.
Lucky bounce

Brighton giving Villa a hard game. 1 - 0 up at halftime. Plenty of chances either end. That Lamptey looks very handy.

You had to say that didn’t you…Villa equalise 46 minutes

March scores and restores the lead for Brighton 2 - 1 57 minutes

Last minute soft pen to Villa…VAR…and too soft. Oliver overrules it free kick to Brighton for simulation.

Brighton win 2 - 1

I’m pleased for Lampty there, tbh. Grealish bought that free kick and sending off. The kid would have felt even worse if the resulting penalty had cost his side two points.

Son has just scored for Spuds… Spuds 1 - 0 Man City 4 minutes.

Laporte equaliser ruled out by VAR for handball 28 minutes.

According to Dean ā€œI’m not going to make excusesā€ Smith, only Leeds have deserved to beat them this season. ā€œthe Saints game was a freak resultā€ apparently.

Dean, old chap, you beating the scousers 7-2 was a freak result, especially as it consisted of own goals, deflections and penalties. You thick, Brummie cunt.

lo Celso on the pitch for 35 seconds before he makes it 2-0 with a classic Spurs counter attack.

They’ve been parking the bus since they scored their first…

Got to say, that was a superbly weighted pass from Kane for that.

Watching the Man Untd/ West Brom game all I can say is I’m really looking forward to playing Untd next Sunday. :lou_lol:

Not much drama here but plenty of it in the MLS play-off shootout between Orlando City and New York City.

Pedro Gallese thought he had saved the penalty to send Orlando through. But the referee deemed he had come off his line so sent him off for a second booking.

Orlando brought on goalkeeper Brian Rowe - before it turned out the rules don’t allow you to do that.

That meant Argentine defender Rodrigo Schlegel went in goal. And you’ve guessed it, he saved the crucial spot-kick and Orlando progressed.

Possible penalty to West Brom at start of second half.

Boo chalked off

Overruled.
