What is so mysterious about the shoulder. Mings concedes a penalty when the ball clearly hits his shoulder and the VAR man decides his arm now extends somewhere up to the proximity of Mings’ earlobe.

Very harsh penalty against mings in the leicester/villa game. Top of the shoulder, looked a bit like he was moving his arm towards the ball initially, but the replay looks more to me like he was breaking his fall with it. Ball struck the very top of his shoulder, topside.
