The joy of Ralph is we can see how he has created a system, and coached players on their role in the system.
He makes tweaks, but as long as we play on the front foot (which took us a year to learn), we look like we know what we are doing.
Ole just seems to throw 11players on the pitch, tell them they are good and to run around.
It really is like watching us under Mark Hughes
