Matt Hancock has announced on Sky News that Manchester will be placed on FULL lockdown as of midnight tonight, Tuesday 1st June 2021.
Matt Hancock said "it has come to my attention that thousands of Manchester United and Manchester City fans have made two unnecessary trips to Europe within the last 7 days.
With regards to Manchester United fans large parts of London and Surrey will also be affected.
