I watched Ajax/Roma. Not a bad game, Ajax playing some nice stuff, especially through Tadic, taking a deserved lead. Then Dusan gets fouled for a penalty which he duly takes himself, straight down the middle and saved. Roma almost immediately whip up the other end, get a free kick, which the rookie goalie fumbles into the net. Then the coup de grace, Roma go ahead from a corner, with a wonderful chest and volley for the winner.

I hate being right…
More importantly, those nice people at Crew who lost 6-0 at home on Saturday, held the Skates 0-0. The Ugly Marquis had a weak penalty saved.
Sunderland also lost at Wigan, so are on course to beat the Skates in the play offs again.
