Manchester United held rivals Manchester City to a 0-0 draw on Thursday, claiming a valuable point - and David de Gea’s 14th clean sheet of the season.
The Spain goalkeeper is commonly regarded as the best in the Premier League, and he was recently voted into the PFA Team of the Year.
The stats back up the claim he is one of the best in the division, with that 14th clean sheet taking him level with first-placed Hugo Lloris in the race for the Premier League Golden Glove award.
It has been since the turn of the year that De Gea has really stepped up another level, with the Red Devils recording nine shutouts in just 14 matches in 2017.
In fact, the Old Trafford club have conceded only five Premier League goals since the start of this calendar year - the best record in the entire division.

Ryan Bertrand is on Chelsea’s radar and the Southampton star could complete a move back to Stamford Bridge in the summer.
Antonio Conte is going to be in the market for at least one full-back and Bertrand, 27, has been identified as an option.
Chelsea sold the England international to Southampton for £10 million in 2015.
He has thrived on the south coast at St Mary’s and will likely cost at least double what he sold for.
Chelsea do not mind buying back players they have previously sold, having done so with David Luiz and Nemanja Matic. They are also in the mix for Everton’s Romelu Lukaku.
Bertrand has made 23 starts for Claude Puel’s side in the Premier League this season, chipping in with two goals and four assists.
The England defender has created 21 chances in the league but also offers a solidity in defence which has attracted Conte.
Southampton have impressed so far this campaign with Bertrand helping his team to ninth place with six matches remaining.
The Southampton star is set to be one of the summer’s hottest properties. And a trio of Premier League sides want to lure him away from St. Mary’s. Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are interested in signing Van Dijk.
“Virgil Van Dijk would reject offers from Chelsea and Liverpool to sign for Manchester City.” The Manchester Evening News have now claimed Guardiola has the edge on his rivals. They say Van Dijk is a fan of the Manchester City coach’s footballing philosophy. And sources close to the 25-year-old say he would snub other offers if Guardiola swoops. That update is likely to come as a blow to Antonio Conte ahead of the next transfer window.
The Chelsea gaffer is said to have made Van Dijk a top target alongside Romelu Lukaku. An end of season deal for the Dutchman could make him the most expensive defender ever. Southampton are thought to be holding out for £50m for the centre-back.
