Tottenham end a run of five consecutive games at home with the visit of Southampton in the Premier League and without star striker Harry Kane.
Kane suffered ankle ligament damage in the 6-0 FA Cup win over Millwall and is not expected to return before the end of April.
Spurs win over Everton on March 5 secured a club-record nine consecutive wins at White Hart Lane, where they have not tasted defeat since Southampton came to town in May last year.
Southampton have not been in action since a dramatic 4-3 away win at Watford on the same weekend, the second game on the trot they netted four times, and will no doubt be keen to all but extinguish their former manager’s title bid.
Tottenham host Southampton with kick-off scheduled for 2.15pm on Sunday, March 19.
The match will be televised live on Sky Sports 1, with coverage starting from 1pm. Alternatively, you can follow all the build-up and action from 1.15pm with Standard Sport’s London Football live blog. Enter your email address below to be informed when coverage begins.
SOUTHAMPTON TEAM NEWS
Southampton boss Claude Puel will choose from an unchanged squad at Tottenham on Sunday.
Striker Charlie Austin is close to resuming training after a shoulder injury and defender Jeremy Pied is also making good progress after a knee operation and could train next week.
Goalkeeper Alex McCarthy, full-back Matt Targett and centre-half Virgil Van Dijk are still out injured.
Provisional squad: Forster, Taylor, Bertrand, Yoshida, Caceres, Gardos, Cedric, Hesketh, Romeu, Clasie, Ward-Prowse, Isgrove, Tadic, Redmond, Boufal, Lewis, Stephens, Hojbjerg, McQueen, Sims, Rodriguez, Gabbiadini, Long. TOTTENHAM TEAM NEWS
Mauricio Pochettino could be without five players for Tottenham’s game at home to Southampton on Sunday.
Pochettino will make late decisions on Kyle Walker and Victor Wanyama after defender Walker hurt his ankle at home on Monday while midfielder Wanyama sustained a knock against Millwall last weekend.
Harry Kane (ankle), Danny Rose (knee) and Erik Lamela (hip) are all out but Mousa Dembele is available again after recovering from an ankle problem.
Provisional squad: Lloris, Vorm, Lopez, Davies, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Dier, Carter-Vickers, Wimmer, Walker, Trippier, Wanyama, Winks, Dembele, Eriksen, Alli, Sissoko, Onomah, Son, Janssen.
Harry Kane is the latest key first-team member to be sidelined, with Danny Rose already out, with a second ankle ligament injury of the season.
Heung-min Son - who scored a hat-trick against Millwall - will likely deputise, but Vincent Janssen’s first goal this season from open play in the same game has boosted his chances.
Elsewhere, Mauricio Pochettino will likely stick with the same 10 who have featured in recent weeks.
Southampton have had two weeks to prepare and recuperate players, but the game will come too soon for Charlie Austin and Matt Targett.
