SAINTS have announced that the initial 31,461 allocation for the League Cup final has now sold out.
However, there is still a chance for those who haven’t got tickets, with an additional 663 tickets going on sale at midday today (Thursday).
Saints take on Manchester United in the final on February 26 at Wembley.
The club wrote on their website: "At 12 noon, an additional 663 tickets will be on sale to supporters who meet EITHER of the following criteria:
"Official Members who have attended at least TWO home games from the 2016/17 season OR "Official Members who have attended at least THREE away games from the 2016/17 season.
"Once you are on the site, you will have 30 minutes to complete your purchase.
"Please take a moment to check that your account details are correct, in particular the address as this is where the tickets will be sent to.
"All tickets will be sent to the address registered to the person purchasing the tickets.
“Once purchased, tickets cannot be amended under any circumstances. This includes changing the delivery address tickets will be sent to.”
Southampton Under-23s travel to Twerton Park on Thursday afternoon, and Jaïdi has called for his players to stand up to the Robins’ physical style.
“It’s a team who are pretty direct and physical upfront,” he started.
“They try to win the second ball, play wide and then cross from wide areas –it’s a different style of play to what we are used to facing.
“So I am expecting a good challenge for our defenders and midfielders, but we are looking to come back and react after the Swansea game.”
Saints suffered a 1-0 defeat to Swansea City in the same competition on Monday night, after Alfie Jones deflected into his own net on 20 minutes at Staplewood.
And Jaïdi is keen to see his side put that result behind them.
“It’s a very short time to discuss much,” he continued.
“We went through the Swansea game, which was about us and not the balls we gave away. We didn’t explore our opportunities.
“The boys need to get what is required straight away and react on Thursday. There is not enough time to discuss everything, we just need to focus on Bristol.”
Which player just doesn’t have the desired effect on your team?
We’ve looked at the stats and found each Premier League team’s unlucky charm: that is, the player who boasts the lowest win percentage in games they have started this season. Only those to have started at least 10 games are included, and there are some surprising results.
Points win prizes, we all know that, but one of the most fascinating columns in the table is actually the one that details goal difference.
You know the score, goals scored minus goals conceded and you’ve got the handy idea of how your club is performing.
And, of course, it can be hugely important at the end of the season with goal difference allowing Manchester City to win the title ahead of Man United in 2012.
Meanwhile Fulham, Wigan, Everton, Coventry, Southampton and Oldham all avoided relegation thanks to their goal difference.
But since the Premier League began, which teams have had the best goal difference while in the English top-flight? Click the right arrow above to find out…
