The Young Lions defeated the Netherlands 3-0 in their final group game, during which Vokins was an unused substitute, to finish top of the table.
Having previously beaten Ukraine and Norway to lead Group D, Steven Cooper’s men now face the challenge of Group C runners-up the Republic of Ireland in the quarter-final.
The clash with Ireland is set to take place on Saturday 13th May, as the England juniors continue to go in search of a record third European trophy.
Arsenal must beat Southampton tonight at St Mary’s in order to stay in the hunt for the Premier League top-four finish.
Arsene Wenger’s first league win over Jose Mourinho, coupled with Liverpool dropping points against Claude Puel’s Saints, leaves Arsenal very much in the race for Champions League qualification.
The Gunners must still effectively win their remaining four league games and hopes their rivals slip up, but have struggled at St Mary’s on more than one occasion in recent years, losing 4-0 on the south coast on Boxing Day in 2015.
Claude Puel: "It’s important to play as high as possible, against Liverpool it was another tactic. We played against a good team, they wanted the three points for their position in the table.
“It was difficult, but against Arsenal it will be another game. I think this game will be open and perhaps we will see more opportunities for them and for us.”
Arsene Wenger: "They are always up for it against us. It’s a good season to change it. I don’t believe too much in this kind of history.
“I always feel as long as we have a mathematical chance we have to fight like mad to do it (finish in the top four). We would be stupid not to get in there because we don’t believe it.”
The end of the season is nearly upon us and here at talkSPORT we are bracing ourselves for a busy summer of transfers.
After Premier League clubs smashed the spending record last season, with a total outlay of £1.165bn, that figure could well be passed with the bumper television deal providing them with further cash.
Paul Pogba’s £89m world-record transfer to Manchester United could be beaten, with big sums being touted for the likes of Antoine Griezmann, Kylian Mbappe and Romelu Lukaku.

When does the transfer window open in England?
Clubs will already have started doing their business and looking ahead to next season, releasing players and making signings. But the 2017 summer window officially opens on July 1.
The 2017 Confederations Cup takes place from June 17-July 2 [with Russia, New Zealand, Portugal, Mexico, Cameroon, Chile, Australia and Germany taking part], but that is the only international tournament taking place, allowing most players to rest up and secure transfers earlier in the off-season.
When does the summer transfer window close?
Deadline Day will take place on August 31, closing at 11pm and talkSPORT will have all the biggest moves covered throughout the day.
This is also the final chance for Football League clubs to also complete loan deals after FIFA’s new rules put an end to the loan window last year.
