Well mine may seem small but to me its huge and so important in the fact it could be resolve so quickly and would help everyone.
The living wage, all clubs should be paying it as all clubs can afford it.
There was a move for all league clubs to be paying it for the start of the 2016/7 but that seems to have gone off the boil.
The Loan system - massively exploited by the big clubs who have hoovered up all of the young talent.
Any one club should have a maximum number of players out on loan. Also you should not be allowed to loan in any one if you have made loans out - use your own resources first.
