In fairness, the Corbyn brothers donât seem to be cut from the same cloth. Whatever you think of his political views, Jeremy is no tinfoil milliner, which is far more than can be said for Piers.
Iâd have laughed a lot harder if Count Binface (who had a rather wonderful manifesto) had got more votes than Laurence âThought Leaderâ Fox. Actually, Iâd have laughed myself into A&E.

First time I have voted for a PCC. Not convinced by these roles, but did a little bit of research on the candidates anyway.
- An independent guy, in the PCC role since 2016. 25 year career in the police before that.
- Another independent. Was the PCC up to 2016. Ex police and ex military police.
- A Conservative. Law degree, works at the IOD. No police experience.
- A Liberal. Industry background. No police experience.
As you get two votes I went for the first two. They both got knocked out in round one. One of the people with zero relevant background won, by a mile.
