Is still something that’s not happening?

And yet still no coverage on our domestic TV.

Just some virus and a dead basketball star.

Why do you think this is off the agenda?

I’ve got a couple of theories, both of which could be true at the same time. First, you don’t want other countries acting up.

Second, there might be a particularly Remain-led view in the media that it’s best to keep this stuff on the down-low when they’re trying to convince us that the EU is a lovely harmonious place we want to be in.

I will admit that I have not trawled Hansard to confirm this, but I certainly haven’t heard much from politicians on this. It has been weekender civil disorder for over a year and it now seems to be getting to boiling point.

If and when this topic finally gets some mainstream attention, I imagine viewers who only watch broadcast terrestrial news will feel like they’re watching the third film of a trilogy without having seen the other two.

I’ve slung a few options on this Twitter poll.

No-one’s voted yet. Cunts.

The former for me. If we realise how easy it is to have a voice they would have that voice taken from us. It’s about us not getting ideas, for me.

I’m off to close Newport High Street with a lorry load of sheep carcasses wearing a pink tabbard (me not the sheep).

Allez les gillet rose.

I’d probably agree that is the primary reason. I know the likes of RT are providing a lot of coverage, playing the propaganda game cleanly and fairly. You can’t really dispute the accounts they put on their show. The video is corroborated and often comprised of the numerous social media accounts from a multitude of independent sources.

I would be very interested to hear about how this is being reported in the rest of Europe.
