I hate doing presentations, because it’s totally dependent on what the individual wants. If you go strategic, then they don’t understand it. And if you go tactical, then inevitably they want someone more strategic.

I think there is a long long list of people who can fulfill, nay, smash this role. Well, the first bit anyway. But the second bit could be tricky. We may need an external hire, using a dedicated headhunter. Telling someone off for being crude on here is, well, so fucking unsotionian you smutty bitch.

Had a 2nd interview this week, went well from my viewpoint, waiting to hear now.
Although it is for a maternity leave cover position 
Told the lady in question that in my experience children fully benefit from a parent at home until at least school age, but ideally 16.

After a third interview on Monday (which was much more of a general chat) I heard this afternoon that the position is mine. Get the fuck in!
