Went to reply to @gavstar and noticed I hadn’t posted the below - Delayed & may have posted about it elsewhere, but here it is in all its glory:

Batch cooking chilli this afternoon and making various levels of spicyness using the selection of chilies given to me by YoungAdults #1 & #2 for Father’s Day.
Under strict instructions from Mrs C_S and YoungAdult#1 to make some of it at least edible (mildly spicy).
Added a smidgen of Carolina Reaper to one batch. Holy Mother of God a little goes a long way… “hot” doesn’t do it justice!
