Yeah that patch is full of Pixies and Sprites, during the run up to Halloween it’s pretty hazardous. :grimacing:

Nothing great apart from me this is where I was doing the weekly shop during covid-19 yesterday.

Have a picture from every weekly shop since the original lockdown - that’s sad I know, but it’s not a bad archive when I look back.

The local fisherman pulling them up under the arse end of the vessel.

Took the day off. Only one we are taking this Christmas.
Walk along River Lea at Walthamstow Marshes. It has become a regular walking spot in 2020.

Nice weather.
Chucking it down all day here & same on way to you lot I hear

Another walk in the sunshine and blue sky. Venture over into Haringey near Tottenham briefly along the River Lea. Two geese headed towards us across the water and one of them started to head for us.

As we left the local wetlands I heard quite a noise. Looked up to 6 parakeets.
Finally got a shot of one of them with my Christmas present.

Not sure, but I think the parakeets originally come from Kew Gardens.
I worked on a large treatment works at Twickenham for over 10 years, and you would see flocks of them.
They actually nested in the insulation on several extremely large tanks we had installed (higher than a house!).

We get loads of them in Cobham. A complete pain especially if you have fruit trees.

I think legally you are allowed to shoot them at will - invasive non-native species

Cunt…leave Polly alone. :rage:

Do you have them at Slowlane Towers?

No? I thought not. :+1:
