There are some lovely women on GoT.
I actually really like Carice Van Houten.
I’d happily ruin her for normal men.
Youre all so predictable stereotypical men, Wheres the love for Brienne ffs?
She does have a nice butt
Personally, I liked Miranda.
Dog meat now unfortunately.
Being 5’9.5" she’s a bit too tall for me. Anyways she seems to have a fondness for wearing amour.
I forgot Miranda! Yes she was very fit, albeit a bit scary too. That Ramsay is all heart isnt he?
My top 5 Game of Thrones men (whilst I am trying to find somewhere to watch it)
Khal Drogo
Prince Oberyn Martell (bonus he is in Narcos as well)
Grey Worm
Ramsay Snow (I like pyschopaths obs)
Jon Snow
so 3 or is it 2 are dead…

Think he looks way better now.
Watched episode 2. Young Ramsey Boulton sure knows how to hold a grudge.

Tbf if Miranda was “good meat” then she was all you can eat…
Brilliant episode. The missus and I decamped to the clean man cave to watch it, and spent much of it just recoiled at what we were seeing. The scenes with the Boltons at Winterfell were hard to watch, but par for the course in the world of primogeniture inheritance. It’s the Game of Thrones, remember? You win or you die.
Even the setup stuff this week is delicious, even though you can see what is coming next a mile off. Cersei is a difficult character to sympathise with, but I hate the High Sparrow and his cronies about as much as she does. When his bodyguards emerged from the shadows to keep Jamie’s vengeance at bay, I found myself imagining Ser Robert Strong making his first visit to the Sept. I don’t give a fuck that it seems predictable. More head smashing please.
For once, the Meereen scenes were edge of your seat stuff, the tense encounter between Tyrion and the dragons being the highlight. Again, setup for other stuff, and again, you can see where it’s going. Meereen is the only city left in Slaver’s Bay that is not under the control of slave masters. The city is beset by foes at all sides with some serious grudges, and we’ve just let the dragons out to play. What I really liked about this scene was Tyrion giving the dragons a shitload more credit for intelligence than others had done, successfully gambling on the fact that if he talked to them, they’d understand.
Bran is back, and we start to see the scope of his powers. He can see into the past, and spent time watching his father and uncle swordfight as boys. Also featuring prominently in this scene is Liana Stark. I wonder why?
The time at the Wall is very interesting too. The showdown between the traitorous elements of the Night’s Watch and the wildings is cool, especially Wun Wun’s reaction to getting shot by an archer. Lord Davos finally gives the Red Woman some propers. In the final frame, we learn that Jon Snow is back from the dead. Top stuff.
There’s still some book material being played out. We’re back on the Iron Islands after a long period away. Bran’s stuff is also in the books, but the series is largely branching out and doing its own thing. Exciting times.
Yeah, that was gd episode. The problem with multi-strand stories, is it usually ends up with sitting through a lot of boring strands you Don’t Give A Fuck About, but they was mostly Last Week.
Overall, my favourite characters are Tyrion and The Giant, so I was quite happy this wk.
Nicely put Pap.
I had a smirk to myself, just as it started here last night the picture almost died - like a bad footy stream, as if the entire planet were trying to watch the signal! It made for difficult viewing judder freeze continue judder freeze continue etc
Eventually the 3rd reboot of the decoder cured it and recorded the 4am showing to watch in it’s purest form.
Have to agree that last night had some epic scenes, the complete horror because you knew what was going to happen in the Ramsey household, tied in with Tyrion and the Dragons - edge of the seat stuff.
In many ways I was disappointed at the whole Red Witch Jon Snow bit, it was so utterly predictable in a show that has made its name by being UNpredicatable, but the way Davos and the Wildings came together bodes well for what we all know willo come soon to Castle Black.
Some scuttlebut down here on the radion that the final two seasons may be much shorter than all others, either because they will have run out of characters to follow OR because GWM is running out of bat shit crazy ideas
They say that they have about 10 to 15 hours left in the story and are talking about another two series being made. I would rather they went out on a high than drag it out so hopefully that will be the case. I had managed to avoid most of the spoilers although did read about Jon Snow leading a battle in Winterfell but it was still a shock when he opened his eyes. Clever the way they cut to the direwolf and showed him looking up before going back to Snow. Only gripe is that they seem to have cut out the gratuitous sex scenes!
Just for info, there is always a banging HD rip avilable on Pirate Bay straight after the US showing on the Sunday night.
I mostly watch tv on my phone, while walking round the house with earphones in & the phone resting comfortably in my pocket. If it sounds like someone is getting their tits out, I take my phone out my pocket to investigate.
LQ streams are usually ok for this purpose, although one does sometimes miss out on the finer points of the production.
