I watched The Fall Guy on Netflix last night.
A good couples movie, Iād say. Rom-com for the ladies, action for the lads.
Yes, some will opine that itās just Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt charming the fuck out of everyone as usual, but itās also a big love letter to stunt-persons.

One Tuesday a Canadian guy took his old College Buddy out to our Karaoke night.
Only got tagged at the end of the evening, was very pleasant to the singers, sang well but please no photos etc. Fine
So Ryan loved Karaoke.
Fast forward thereās a pre launch party on the Hail Mary base. So someone suggested Karaoke.
Then suggested it would be really powerful if Sandra Huller sang.
She thought about the right song for some time snd came up with a goose bump cinema moment.
Amazon did a good job rebooting Tom Clancyās Jack Ryan
I guess the cast got busier so the latest series became an Amazon Prime Movie Jack Ryanās Ghost War.
Itās not The Hunt for Red October but it is not shit.
Itās about 2 hours of Popcorn shoot em up with a TikTock Whodunnit.
Sure the story could have been tighter but thereās some good old car chase mayhem in London and some ah, no that isnāt the airport shots of Dubai.
I enjoyed it. Good Airplane fodder, Sienna Miller helps
Looking back, Michael Jackson dropping Off the Wall, then Thriller was a huge moment.
Not sure anyoneās album stop these days would have the same impact. Sure people hated it. Others wish they still had the pristine albums untouched from the storeā¦
So the Biopic Michael. Like the Whitney film it touches the darkness well (up to halfway through btw Mrs P_F got sent to bed, football is on.)

Michael ends in 1998 at Wembley Stadium, so hold tge other stuff fir a sequel maybe.
This film is a fuck of a lot better than I thought it would be.
Michael is played by Jaafar Jackson. Facially there is a very slight resemblance.
For everything else the guy IS Michael.
