So this was also done twice under the last Labour government, and France has been doing it on and off for years.

And many sources donāt believe he could have acted alone, hence army on the streets.
As someone who travels into one of the busiest stations in the UK, travels on the Underground and works on the most famous street in the UK, Iām happy with that.
BBC tv just reported that the bomber is believed to have been in Tripoli until just a few days ago. Which means the bomb would have already been made and held by others until he got back. This, plus the fact that it is very very difficult for a single individual to carry this type of attack out, is why they are so worried that there is an active cell of (experienced & knowledgeable) others out there.
