Smalec or Hunters Lard is a spread, originating from the Tatra Mountain region.
Pork Lard, Onions, Garlic and fine ground pork mince. Takes about a day to cook.
Spread on bread, sprinkle with salt & pepper & eat with a pickle & wash down with Vodka.
Heart attack on bread, but a real delicacy. Kind of thing the old Shepherds would eat for lunch up mountains

BT Sport want £25 for a monthly sports pass.
