I’ve found it tougher this year.
Apparently I have been successful in the Ride London ballot. Can’t even remember entering it, although the ayatollah hinted that I may have been twatted at the time. So now faced with the prospect of riding 100 miles in the blazing sun up Box Hill, I now have to get my flabby arse into shape. I will be half the man I was at the end of this.

I’m not sure of the route in/out to Boxhill, but I’ll toast you with a cold, refreshing beer as you ride through Cobham or Oxshott.

I’ve decided to keep out of the diet thread as I’ve had a special weight loss programme up my sleeve. I’m now posting from india! I’ve got wine and a lovely bhuna, naan and rice.
