Ok… The scales of doom revealed an ugly truth on New Year’s Day
So Papsweb Fat Club will officially launch next week so looking for fat bastard volunteers to join me on the quest to find our healthier and summer selves.
the rules will differ a little in that we will go with monthly weigh- ins. Prizes will be awarded but to make it fair, a difficulty weighting will be applied - eg someone weighing 80kg looking to get to 78 is a lower rating than the 110kg looking to lose 30kg
we will still award the cock of shame but this is an award of encouragement.
The time frame in the first instance will be 6 months and we use the thread to capture the trials, tribulations , tips and dumping of miserable tales etc.
The only rule of fat club is there are no rules… just need to state your current weight in Kilograms, target weight and desired timeframe…the ‘boffins’ at sotonianpapsworld will then calculate your difficulty coefficient by which your monthly weightloss is multiplied to give you your highly comlex and expertly scientic monthly points score…points win prizes, low points = cock of shame ( )
But please use this space to dump depressive thoughts, post pics of your flabulous (fuck me that is clever ) physiques, (Oxford comma) and techniques that are proving spectacular
Post baseline weights by 12 noon, Monday 9th January
FatcuntFerret - 108kg - target 80kg by Dec 2017, 90 by August - already on the dried fruit and nuts and fucking miserable - but no alcohol in week is going well and will make a big difference. First milestone is 104kg by end of January. I joke, but need to sort for health reasons - Weight balooned when I stopped smoking and despite the cycling efforts, have really struggled to shift it as have been guilty of snacking and too much wine with meals…
SFCsim - 93kg - target 82 by summer
CBSaint - 95kg - target 89kg
Rally 94kg - target 90kg in one month
We will work on MONTHLY milestones and thus its about how you do against monthly target.
No, I’ve met a handful and they’re all really slim - this place is where most of the Chippendales post after they’ve spent a busy day posing for those firemen calendars.
I started to work out just how many calories I took on board a year through things I ate.
The daily packet of crisps for lunch = 200 cals a day = 1000 cals a week = 50,000 cals a year = almost a months worth of recommended calories =100 hours on the bike
Considering I dont need to eat them, the thought that I have to ride for 4 months just to burn off those calories has done for them.
