Surely that wasnt a penalty? Son was halfway to face planting the pitch from his dive before Gunn brushed his leg with a couple of fingers. Maybe Iām really tired and hallucinating and itās a really obvious pen? But that looked exceptionally soft.

You can probably trace it directly back to our right back strategy over the summer and January.
the system is great now the players have got it but thier individual quality is just not good enough to get wins such as this
Weāre not as good in depth as Spurs but I donāt agree.
The system makes these more average players able to compete.
If JWP stays on then we win this. Stephens would have held Moura up instead of diving in like Vestergaard did for a start.

Disappointing result and worrying injury for JWP. Iād be surprised if we see him again this season. No senior options left beyond PEH and Romeu. Slattery out on loanā¦ our January business (or lack of) is not looking quite so clever now.
