“Ed Woodward to resign at Man Utd

I mean, the news is coming thick and fast but we are now hearing Manchester United’s executive vice chairman Ed Woodward will resign at the end of the 2020-21 season.

This we are told is not related to the European Super League.”

Yeah, right.

One of my favourite crap jokes refers to his namesake, Edward Woodward, of The Equalizer fame.

It’s less crap if you say it out loud.

Q Why does “Edward Woodward” have four “d’s” in his name?
A Because if he didn’t, he’d be called Ewar Woowar"

OK this was a small skirmish, it was a convincing victory.
But. The UCL will get a revamp, there will be more money. The big clubs will still lose millions because they will use that money.
Now need a visionary to stand up & change the dialogue from profit to competiveness

A lot of single ladies here are suddenly interested in Chelsea.
Seems their ability to pull out first could be a winner in Catholic countries

Seems a shame this is all coming to an end - I have been enjoying the ride.

All we need now is to see all the bad boys standing in the corner for weeks, with no pocket money for at least a year.

It’s getting so bad that Graeme Souness, who signed Ali Dia, can sound credible while ostensibly questioning the USA’s right to exist

Official statement now released by Citeh.
They are out

Pundits are self empoyed. Back in 2003 OSN in Dubai paid 4k pounds per day plus Business Class flights & 5 Star hotels. Met Peter Reid MLT & others on their trips.
They circulate between stations who all have their studios in London - NBC, Astro, Supersport. BeiN still do the party flights (and trust me the Reidy weekend was mental.

Neville & Carragher are not Sky exclusive they do NBC FA Cup & Europa as does Souness. Lineker does BT & BBC

Souness is a dinosaur but he must have listened to Neville & Carragher last night & hit the right buttons. Glenn Johnson was nowhere near as eloquent.

Robbie Mustoe & Danny Higginbotham in the US were superb as well in their condemnation

A swell what mush? :grin::grin:
