God, that was shit. Though I do agree with @Shroppie that Scotland looked more than half-decent. I can think of at least four England players who were most noticeable by their not being noticed (Kane, Sterling (bar the odd flash of something), Mount and RIce).
Kane should have been hauled off way earlier; Foden should have stayed on when Grealish came on, with either Rice or skate cunt Mount being withdrawn. Put simply, Scotland had the standout players in that game (Gilmour and Adams, though various others had good games).
From a purely Saints perspective, Adams had a fine game (in spite of fluffing the only real chance he had) and Armstrong looked good when he came on.
What a result
I missed the game on account of the Ayatollah making a restaurant reservation at the same time. I can guarantee I enjoyed my evening more
