I am sure I am not the only one conflicted tonight. Want Jose and Cedric to go forward but really want Ronaldo to fail. Not helped by sitting next to a table of Poles who are super cool. The Greeks seem to be rooting for the Poles too!

Yes I cheered the Poland goal, but not the Portugal, but it Portugal win, then I will be happy for our 2. A lot of Polish here, so will be happy for my sons friends and parents.
Blimey, I’ve never seen Ryan Giggs on TV as a pundit. I may be being harsh but he’s like a thinner, Welsh, Paul Merson.

Apart from the early misjudgement I thought Cedric looked good, as did Fonte.
Thankfully our two didn’t have to get involved in penalties and the mental scarring for life that can accompany them.
He grew into that game for sure.

Belgium started very well. If it carries on like this Wales will be out and on the end of a handsome defeat.
