Could the ref have booked Giroud for simulation - appreciate the ball wasn’t in play but it was blatantly fake. Even I sa that

If the Germans carry on playing like they did in the first half, this could 4 or 5 nil.
Slovakia offered nothing against us, but we could not break them down. German getting behind them easily. I would say that Slovakia had to open up, but they have not really.
As fatty says, they could easily be picked off if the Germans really go for it, like they did against Brazil in the World Cup.
