EU - In or Out? The big vote 23rd June 2016

I liked the post because, hey, it’s an interesting question. Naughty Nige should have gotten off the good step a long time ago. Thing is, look past Farage and who do UKIP got? Beyond a cadre that you can just about put on TV, it really didn’t look good the further you dug into the party.

To be fair to UKIP and particularly Farage, they got the European issue onto the agenda. They were able to create enough public appeal despite being infested with loons and closet racists. That in itself is a significant acheivement.

It’s very interesting how leave want basically no-one except their side to have an opinion on the issue.

Pppppppppppppppppppppphhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, the pro EU took the gloves off an started fighting dirty and not to mention spending £9 Million of the peoples money tryng to covince us to stay, it proves what an undemocratic thing it actually is, I can’t wait for it to die.

Thought you knew all about politics, Baz?

Governments are allowed to take a stance, and back said stance, at referendums. They have done in every referendum that has taken place in the UK.

Are you just trying to shut down discussion, again?

It’s very interesting when you get downvoted for succinctly calling out a pure hypocrite.

Who is allowed to say the UK should stay in? I’m struggling to think of anyone that hasn’t been met with a “they shouldn’t talk about this”.

I doubt doubt DM is a hypocrite, I’m far from a fan of his. But the hypocrisy of ‘leave’ is genuinely perplexing.

Can we have a full list of people that are allowed to speak on the issue, for clarity?

I assume using 20 year old spice girls quotes is ok, yes?

(Tbh, I find the discourse on both sides fucking nauseating. Can’t wait for this entire thing to be fucking over)

How much of that 9m spent on the propanganda leaflet went into making it difficult to burn?

Fuck sake. This picture was taken 10 mins ago. Just gone back out and the thing is relatively unscathed.

That is a barbecue, Bear. It is a relatively new word, hewn from the time when the nation was collectively deluded enough to think it was Australia.

Actually, it’s a distinctly old word, originating in the language of the Arawaks, the indigenous inhabitants of Jamaica. True word bore status is difficult to attain, but attain it I have.

Everyone is allowed to talk about it, and believe me, no-one is denying Miliband a platform for his views. They just need to be put in their proper context, which is that they are being uttered by a relentlessly self-serving hypocrite who has demonstrably proved that his constituents or public service are not top of his priority list.

That sounds fair.

Going by that, can we ensure I never have to look at George Galloway’s face again? I’d like that.

You fail to understand democracy, that money was the peoples, not the Governments and their stance, which is split anyway.

Not sure if this is a real issue or news sensationalism

Corbyns view on EU migration

Pretty fair in context, but you know what the context-free headline will be…

“Immigration not a problem, says country-wrecking Corbyn”

Corbyn is as naturally anti EU as you’ll find, he is having to do this and its something I dont like, it should be a free vote on this and members of parties free to join whatever side they wish, or put it out to local party supporters.
