A couple of Prince Andrew’s legal team’s initiatives have failed.

One of them tried to have the case dismissed on the basis that Giuffre now lives in Australia. Because that’ll really prove things one way or the other.

Nope - I am team no bull shit

TBF I was looking for other sweaty pictures because I thought if that was genuine, then there must be others and that came up

I reckon the Queen is going soon, probably this year. A combination of heartbreak and shame.

The US was the worst place for this to be tried. While they are military allies, they’re definitely soft-power rivals and this whole grubby affair is a soft-power win for them. The involvement of Prince Andrew amongst so many of their own VIPs is manna from heaven for them.

You don’t believe Andy will name names?

Scandal and royalty have been close bedfellows throughout history but they seem to carry on regardless (the film was funnier, for a given value of funny…)

Doesn’t appear to be much in that which would bother HRH. He’s not named.

Andrew’s legal team still trying to get this chucked out of court - on the basis of the agreement Giuffre signed years ago not to sue anyone.

It could work legally.

But doesn’t clear his name.

Could be the worst of both worlds

I think the Paedo Prince may be hiring new lawyers soon.
Thread:

No way the judge is going to want to let this case get away from him - Andrew’s lawyers are about to get shat on, irrespective of what the law says

The book deal alone would be worth millions - “My part in Andrew’s downfall”

Nope, a new TV show, Judge Kaplan to rival Judge Judy and Judge Rinder.

From what I’m reading, the agreement she signed basically exonerated absolutely everyone of anything for all time, even if not named. ( I bet even Kim Jong-un could use it to get off of making nukes while starving everyone in North Korea.)

As much as the law in the USA has flaws they do often overturn laws / legal documents that make a mockery of legal process.

Back to Maxwell - one of the juror has just come out and said he was abused as a child and this informed his decision to find her guilty. She could now apply for a mistrial if that juror did not disclose it prior to the trial

I love the smell of baksheesh in the morning.
