Well that was a farce. Nine ducks in the match, all over in less than two days. Joe Root opening the bowling on the second day of a Test Match tells you all you need to know. India should be sanctioned for serving up a wicket like that for a five day Test Match. But they wonāt be of course.

Thereās preparing pitches to suit your own bowlers then thereās totally taking the piss. This was ridiculous and there really should be sanctions. But, as others have said, they wonāt dare do it.

If that was a county game the home side would be docked points for a wicket like that.
Leeds United would have felt right at home playing on it.

Having looked at all the above posts, I can see Barry gets 10/10 for his knowledge and wisdom of this great game.
That shouldnāt happen either, grounds should be awarded tests from the previous ones performance, that was a fucking disgrace but the batting was also fucking gash and typical England.
Just imagine if the groundsman at Headingley had prepared a green top seamerās paradise, and Anderson and Broad skittled India out for double figures. They would have heard the howls of outrage from Kohli, Ravi Shastri and co back in Mumbai.
India is far too powerful, itās a load of shit, as are the wickets and our batting lineup, we simply canāt do it against the best teams away, Ashes could be 5-0 as we canāt bat long enough.
