Jesus christ i bought exercise bikes for the ex wife she used them for about a month before they were condemned to the garage or resold at half price.

To maintain some level of fitness, don’t play football anymore, can’t get out on the bike as I’m a lazy bastard and its lethal round here cycling bar the prom and as I said I’m a lazy bastard so if its staring at me I’ve no excuses, I’ll do it with a can in my hand though…
Fair enough i get enough exercise at work then swimming everyday with the grandkids when i am off so no gyms ot regimes for myself.
This does work I can guarantee, the last few have been brutal, 8 miles in 20 mins with high resistance and then dropping it to low speeds and low resistance, puddles of sweat.
Good though, highly recommend.
