Alright, we’re in a new home, but even so, haven’t we been here before?
Almost every player we’re linked with is going somewhere else. Until he isn’t. Coutinho would be an example of one that got away. Ramirez and Osvaldo? I wish they’d gotten away in retrospect.
I remain relatively optimistic about the Toby situation. Until it’s confirmed that he’s signed for Spurs, I think we’re in with a good shout. We can probably match them on money, but we can’t match London.
I am with Saga

Perhaps I’ll trawl Twitter looking for a random who claims something, then I’ll form a really strong and slightly warped opinion based on that…
This is definitely the best drawn out saga I’ve experienced for a while. It’s got social media memes, trending topics, legal teams, international tensions, Spurs, Pochettino, changing stories on an hourly basis, honeymoons… What more could you want for entertainment?

Going mental on Twitter for some reason. Toby has signed for Spurs, apparently. Think it’s based on some Belgian newspaper. There is no confirmation from Spurs. The Mirror reckons that Tottenham are “set to confirm”. Belgian journo has tweeted the same thing.
We’ll see.
